Order Checking at Delivery
Customers are requested to check their parcel at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, wrong, or missing, please contact us immediately with clear pictures or video proof.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
To claim a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Product is used, damaged, or opened by the customer
Customer changes their mind after receiving the order
Product color difference due to lighting or screen display
Minor packaging damage during delivery
Sale, bundle deal, or discounted products unless damaged or wrong item is received
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if the product is unavailable for replacement or if the issue is confirmed by our team. Refunds may take 5–7 working days after approval.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the process on WhatsApp. The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and unused form.

Please make an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim quickly.
