Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on your location, order weight, and current shipping offer. The final delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in available areas across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you on WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order before dispatch. If the customer does not respond, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

Incorrect Address or Contact Number

Please provide correct name, address, city, and contact number while placing your order. SurprizSmile will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Parcel Receiving

Customers are requested to receive their parcel on time. If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us.

Damaged or Wrong Parcel

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with clear pictures or an unboxing video.
